Hello Norm,

I received your request for a recommendation at my work e-mail address. I would be happy to write a recommendation for you. It's just that I felt somewhat inadequate in describing your teaching methods etc. However, I would be happy to write a recommendation! You have done so much for me in your teaching and training sessions. Not to mention on a personal level.
