Robert,

 

Is there a particular reason you want to reset your phone? There is the
possibility you would lose your apps and data. I suggest before doing
anything, you should do an iCloud backup of the phone in case you need to
restore your data. If you reset your phone, you may need sighted assistance
to turn VoiceOver on and log back into the phone. Make sure you write down
your Apple id and password before you start.

What is the easiest way to do a factory reset on the phone from home?
Nothing that I've been able to do, figure out, the apple accessable line
didn't help and neither did the store.

Suggestions?
