Qiuestion on word counts

I'm trying to get a word count on my novel. The issue is that when I hit the
F6 key, it doesn't give the option for word count, just accessability,
speeling and grammar, zomm in and out and etc.

It doesn't seem to affect any of my other documents. 

How can I get to word count?

Windows 10 MS Word 20016 & NVDA
