Ensjo,
  Secundo mi Word-Ace programma (con su dictionarios inter le anglese,
le francese, le espaniol e le italiano), anglese "billion" es "billion" o
"milliard" in francese, "miliardo" in italiano, "billon" in espaniol.

Le Interlingua-English Dictionary dice pro "billion" = (anglese)  "billion,
1 thousand millions; 2. million million [1.000.000.000.000]

Evidentemente, il ha alcun confusion in le linguas a base.
