I certainly was a witness to the mental midget's incompetence.

It is true that he seemed to misunderstand the difference between analog and
digital stations when he said "all FM stations are digital."  The man tried
to squeeze out of his predicament by later claiming he mistyped the sentence
and how he instead intended to add a 'NOT' before the 'all' in his sentence.

I was also a witness to his statement that the subject of wireless GSM
networks was not relevant in the Internet discussions we had here a week ago.
 After realizing his faux pas, the man tried to accuses me of being dishonest
because I never cued him on this development.

Now he has resorted to talk about setting up telephone wires at Gamtel.  See
how backward our resident planning engineer is!
