According to the article Buharry forwarded, the girl will be "publicly flogged 40 days after she puts to bed (gives birth)". The partner should be meted out the same punishment  plus one year imprisonment. 

I`ll like to say that I`m far from being versed with the shariah(you know , Isatou). I`m just recalling what our Imam here once said, and the punishment according to him was supposed to be 100 lashes. There is a different interpretation here, but it seems to me that the Nigerian one is gone overboard.
